Union Charter

We, the members of Union 4 All People, declare

  • Our commitment to natural human rights, in particular, freedom of conscience and expression
  • Our unwavering commitment to the rule of law, in particular to the protection of natural rights regardless of expressed opinions or beliefs
  • Our commitment to collective prosperity that respects the rights of all

With these values in mind, we are coming together in a European trade union to defend our rights in a context of diverse emergencies. In this context, we aspire to

  • Create strong and sustainable links between the different professions and workers
  • to put an end to violations of labour law on discriminatory grounds and in opposition to fundamental and natural rights, freedom of conscience and expression
  • recognise the various conscientious objections, including vaccinations, in labour law, prohibiting any discrimination against workers of all statuses who claim to be conscientious
  • Defend the compensation of any worker prevented from exercising his or her profession for reasons related to his or her state of health
  • To promote equal rights for all workers in the face of attacks by states on their freedom of conscience, freedom of expression and their fundamental and natural rights.

This aspiration is part of a broad vision of social organisation based on respect for the law and on the recognition of both the right to work and the right to fair remuneration for that work.

In this collective struggle, we give priority to peaceful action over all other forms of protest action that the union can envisage.

We want to build peaceful, caring, prosperous and free societies for the future where our children can live from their work without violation of their natural and fundamental rights.
